Course Outline

This is a 2-day course for experienced cuppers to teach them about the CVA form and system. If you are already a Q Grader or have at one time been a Q Grader, this course all serves as a calibration, extending your Q Grader license for another 3 years.

What to Bring / Prerequisites:

Basic cupping experience & familiarity with coffee evaluation

Previous training in CVA or at least exposure to sensory evaluation

Comfortable attire, notebook, tasting journal

Commitment to full attendance and active participation
